Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM‑4:30 PM

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong relationships

Accurately process order entry and maintain order records

Manage purchasing and receiving activities, including creating and processing purchase orders

Oversee inbound and outbound freight invoices, ensuring proper billing and timely delivery

Process inventory invoices and maintain accurate system documentation

Prepare and submit monthly CCA (Cost Contribution Analysis) and Global Reports

Assist with maintaining inventory records and replenishment as needed

Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and promptly resolve issues

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience in purchasing and receiving required

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively

Excellent computer skills and data entry accuracy

Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset

Positive attitude, team‑oriented, and enthusiastic personality

Ability to support sales activities and handle order transfers
