Must be 16 years of age or older. General Job Duties For All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare product, receive, and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Training
Orientation and training are provided on the job. Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Essential Functions / Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator allowed). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F or higher. Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Fumes, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters including a walk‑in cooler. Additional Job Details – Physical Requirements
Standing – Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Work surfaces 36"–72". Walking – For short distances and durations. Sitting – Paperwork at a desk or table. Lifting – Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; cases stacked up to 72" high. Carrying – Large cans (3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), trays of dough (12 lbs per tray). Pushing – Trays on dollies require up to 7.5 pounds of force. Additional Information – Climbing & Bending
Navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. Forward bending at waist for pizza assembly station; repeated 30–45 seconds at a time. Forward bending at front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas. Additional Information – Reaching & Hand Tasks
Continuous reaching up, down, and forward; up to 72" for oven controls or price changes. Eye‑hand coordination essential; use of hands continuous; frequent use of forearms and wrists. Manipulation of pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard box assembly. Use of tools such as phone, coffee engine, phone, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
