Job Overview Position: Assistant Manager

Location: Tooele, UT

Salary: $45,000.00 - $71,550.00

Employment type: Part‑time

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Coordinate delivery of product by vehicle within designated delivery area.

Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Assist with training and orientation of new team members.

Ensure compliance with safety and health standards.

Driver & Vehicle Requirements

Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license and safe driving record meeting company standards.

Must have access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.

Navigate maps, locate addresses, and traverse adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

Qualifications & Skills

Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).

Accurate monetary change handling.

Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Motor coordination and speed for precise movements.

Computer keyboard or touch screen proficiency.

Strong communication skills with customers and co‑workers.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Physical & Sensory Requirements

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing as described in detail.

Must handle heavy items up to 50 pounds and manage cargo on dollies and trucks.

Must lift, carry, push, pull and climb stairs or ladders regularly.

Strong eye‑hand coordination for tasks such as handling pizza peel, cutter, and boxes.

Fitness to perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, and work under stress.

Relatively good near and mid‑range vision; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather conditions when delivering product and performing outdoor tasks.

In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some areas.

Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, and mechanical parts.

Cramped quarters such as walk‑in cooler.

Additional Information

Expected stooping, bending, crouching, squatting and reaching for longer periods.

Regular forward bending, back bending, and repeated reaching above or below 72
