Position Summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., delivers tires, auto parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. This position runs Monday‑Friday from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm, subject to change. Overtime may be required.

Job Responsibilities

Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.

Use scanners to locate and put away items, supporting inventory control.

Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds; lift commercial tires using team lifts or mechanical equipment.

Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.

Operate safely at heights up to 25 feet required for certain stock racks.

Remain on feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.

Adhere to safety policies and operating procedures.

Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory) as business needs arise.

Perform other reasonable job‑related tasks as directed by a supervisor.

Physical Demands and Work Environment Required abilities include visual, auditory, physical, and mental capacity to operate equipment safely. Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds; exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Team lifts or mechanical equipment are used for commercial tire handling. Protective equipment such as steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, and seatbelt is required. Work may expose employees to weather conditions and moderate noise.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.

Minimum of 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.

Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.

Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.

Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.

Abide by all company safety policies and relevant regulations.

Forklift certification required.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Strong teamwork and following instruction.

Pass a pre‑employment drug test (non‑THC).
