RATP Dev USA is a leading provider of transportation services, committed to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient transit solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Dispatcher to join our team at VCTC.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of transit services.

Schedule and dispatch drivers, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Monitor vehicle locations and communicate with drivers to provide support and instructions.

Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally.

Maintain accurate records of operations and incidents.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Willingness to obtain a CDL B (Commercial Driver’s License). RATP Dev USA will cover the cost of training.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with dispatch software is a plus.
