Position Summary Responsible for setup and adjustment of tooling, equipment, and production lines. Performs minor repairs and maintenance duties. Understands specifications and work orders.
Responsibilities
Performs setups on machines, equipment, or production lines.
Handles minor repairs and maintenance of equipment with a minimum of supervision.
Understands specifications and work orders to assure that proper setup is achieved.
Approves inspection reports as required.
Basic fabrication as required.
Responsible for monitoring department equipment for safety. Informs supervision of unsafe conditions.
Completes paperwork as required, including time, inspection, downtime, scrap, productivity, and production reports.
Fills in for supervision as needed.
Trains employees new to the position or area as required.
Keeps work areas clean, orderly, and free of obstruction.
Is responsible for quality and safety of own work and compliance of all company procedures and policies.

Qualifications
Required: High school diploma or GED.
Preferred: High school education with one year of manufacturing experience.
Competitive Compensation
Hourly pay range for this role is $23.80 - $27.95.
Participation in Annual Incentive Program.
