Warehouse Lead
Location: Huntsville, AL
Position: L3: Warehouse Lead at DP World. Responsible for leading and coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures, and achieving performance targets.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
Monitor daily KPIs, quality metrics, and employee timecard exceptions, ensuring accurate and timely productivity administration.
Provide backup and support to the Supervisor, fully representing them in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, meetings, etc.).
Liaise with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy.
Lead staff by establishing clear expectations, acting as a role model, and overseeing warehouse operations and activities.
Work required schedules, as necessary, to meet production goals and KPIs. Schedules may fluctuate based on business needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
HS Diploma / GED.
Experience in a lead role.
Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
Prior forklift experience.
