About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Lead for our Social Circle, GA location.
How you will contribute
Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, quality metrics, employee timecard exceptions and productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
Provide backup and support to the Supervisor and represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy.
Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
Able to work required schedule deemed necessary to meet production goals and key performance indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
Other duties as assigned.
Your Key Qualifications
HS Diploma / GED.
Experience in a Lead role.
Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
Prior forklift experience.
