AccountMakers has been engaged by our client, a fast-growing fintech company, to hire a Lead Generation Specialist. This is a full-time permanent position available for immediate hire, focused on identifying qualified prospects, managing outbound outreach, and fueling top-of-funnel activity to support revenue growth.

Our client is a venture-backed company delivering innovative financial infrastructure solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. They are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to research accounts, build prospect lists, execute outbound campaigns, and ensure the sales team is equipped with high-quality leads.

In this role, you’ll use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot to identify decision‑makers, craft targeted messaging, and maintain clean records of outreach and engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to refine audience segmentation, test messaging strategies, and contribute directly to the health of the pipeline.

This is a foundational role within the go‑to‑market team, offering the opportunity to learn sales operations, outbound strategy, and growth marketing in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or outbound prospecting (internships welcome).

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools.

Strong research skills and attention to detail when identifying target accounts and contacts.

Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Ability to write concise, personalized outreach messages (email, LinkedIn, etc.).

Organized and consistent in managing outreach workflows, tasks, and follow‑ups.

Curious, coachable, and eager to develop within a sales or marketing career track.

Interest in fintech, SaaS, or startup ecosystems is a plus.

Compensation This permanent role offers a base salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses tied to lead quality, volume, and sales pipeline contribution.
