What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Provide fiscal support for the Music Department and Cavalier Marching Band
Coordinate event logistics for the Cavalier Marching Band
Offer administrative support to the Music Department
Serve as a fiscal assistant to the Department Manager
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Music Department
What is Required (Qualifications) High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient communication, auditory, and visual skills
Attention to detail and ability to write legibly
Ability to lift, push, or pull less than 20 lbs
Willingness to sit for prolonged periods and frequently bend/stoop
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Associate degree
Two years of previous work experience in an administrative role
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Previous experience with Music/Marching Band, including experience as a student
Familiarity with employer's internal systems (Chrome River, Oracle, Workday) and policies
