Assistant Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assistants handle all shift activities, including cost, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 15 employees during shift.
Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
Operate cash register and collect payments.
Prepare consistent products following Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Deliver product by vehicle from store to customer safely and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Qualifications:
Experience leading a team; manage staff of 3-15 during shift.
Positive attitude and great motivator.
Clean driving record, ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check, and reliable insured vehicle.
Great role model and leader; punctual with customers and coworkers.
Minimum 18 years old.
