Job Description The Missouri Cancer Registry and Research Center (MCR) seeks applicants for a part‑time, 2‑year, grant‑funded Office Support Assistant IV position. Employment is contingent upon available grant funding.

Job Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and provide guidance to website and document needs for requesting information from MCR

Give instructions to patients on the phone and in person if needed

Look up processed requests and inform the requester whether their letter has been mailed or is still pending

Assist with maintaining an Excel spreadsheet of requests

Shift Monday - Friday, between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, or other agreed upon time, up to 28 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired.

Anticipated Hiring Range Anticipated Hiring Range: $14.80 – $25.84 per hour Grade: GGS 006 University Title: Office Support Assistant IV
