Dematic is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide strategic and high-level administrative support to a Senior Vice President at our Global Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing executive workflows, sensitive information, and complex initiatives. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and discretion, the Executive Administrative Assistant will serve as a trusted liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of organizational priorities.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $80,000-$115,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

What You Will Do in This Role

Exercise a high degree of autonomy and discretion in managing executive priorities

Support strategic planning, complex decision-making, and cross-functional coordination across the organization

Serve as a trusted liaison between the Senior Vice President and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment

Provide comprehensive support across basic and intermediate administrative functions

Manage C-suite executive schedules, calendars, and communications

Prepare complex financial, operational, and strategic reports

Oversee department-wide projects and drive execution of initiatives

Implement process improvements and optimize workflows

Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

Support long-term planning, goal setting, and resource allocation

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in high-stakes environments

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools, and project management platforms

Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills
