Job Summary
This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, online sales, and in-store traffic for our U.S. business. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, thrives in fast-paced startup environments, and has a deep understanding of how to scale full-funnel media programs from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Develop full-funnel paid media strategies across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Cross-Network, Affiliates, Email, and SMS to meet both e-commerce and offline store KPIs
Translate brand and promotional priorities into actionable campaign plans aligned with U.S. market goals
Manage media budget allocation and forecasting, ensuring ROI and efficiency targets are met
Partner with HQ and local stakeholders to align on campaign messaging, audience segmentation, and reporting frameworks
Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, execution, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms
Build and refine acquisition funnels by channel, optimizing for conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and LTV
Leverage cross-channel tracking (GA4, GTM, Amplitude, etc.) to improve attribution accuracy and budget efficiency
Test and iterate creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies to maximize performance
Establish a robust performance marketing dashboard with clear metrics for online and offline contribution
Analyze and report campaign results weekly and monthly, highlighting insights, learnings, and next steps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure the impact of digital on physical store visitation
Own performance forecasting, including traffic, conversion, and revenue estimates by channel
Work closely with creative, brand, influencer, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and creative alignment
Manage external media agencies or vendors as needed, setting clear objectives and evaluating performance
Collaborate with the CRM and membership teams to integrate paid efforts with retention, loyalty, and promotional programs
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in beauty, retail, or e-commerce
Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets and scaling paid campaigns profitably
Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, etc.)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to build channel forecasts and measure incrementality
Experience linking digital campaigns to in-store foot traffic or omni-channel performance a strong plus
Familiarity with A/B testing, creative optimization, and funnel conversion logic
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluent in English; Korean proficiency a plus but not required
