We’re looking for a detail‑oriented project manager to lead critical advancement projects from concept to completion.
As part of the Division of University Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Project Manager is a member of a creative team that collaborates closely to support the marketing needs of the Division of Advancement. Through the Advancement Marketing team, this position is actively involved in work that engages alumni, donors, parents and students—supporting the philanthropy, engagement and stewardship initiatives of the Division of Advancement.
Responsibilities
Manage digital and print projects from beginning to end, coordinating production and ensuring all projects are delivered accurately, on time and within budget.
Work closely with print production vendors, communicating project specifications, providing final approvals on proofs, and ensuring all printed materials meet the highest quality standards.
Manage project timelines and communication calendars, collaborating with both the University Marketing and Advancement teams, and conducting quality reviews of all marketing materials.
Assist in authentically representing all members of the UD community in our work, rooted in our Catholic, Marianist traditions, and commitment to inclusion and belonging.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
2 years of experience in a marketing project coordination or project management role.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education, nonprofits or an agency environment.
Demonstrated experience in print production, including working with third‑party vendors.
Experience using project management software.
Knowledge of brand and marketing strategy.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑departmental teams or clients.
