Position Overview White Cap is hiring immediately for a
District Sales Manager . This role is part of North America’s leading distributor for professional contractors, supplying everything needed to build prominent construction projects across the country.

Responsibilities
Reviews key sales metrics including sales growth, category penetration, safety and gross profit percentage; identifies improvement areas and upcoming projects.
Trains and coaches sales associates in effective selling processes and techniques, providing regular feedback and accountability to drive profitable results.
Leads and inspires a team, ensuring focus on high‑potential opportunities; spends at least 4 days a week with account managers.
Shares customer feedback with functional leadership and develops improvement strategies.
Conducts monthly one‑on‑one accountability sales team reviews, and performs other duties as assigned.
Requires 7+ years of experience in a related field and operation of a company or personal vehicle for ≥80% of the work week; acceptable motor‑vehicle record (MVR) required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 10+ years industry sales experience.
5+ years of experience managing a regional customer base.
Strong sales management and recruiting background.
Product knowledge and cross‑functional collaboration.
Leadership and coaching experience.
