Exciting opportunity to join the team at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza as our PM Sous Chef. The sous chef is the second-in-command in a professional kitchen, working under the Executive Chef to manage food preparation and kitchen operations.
Must be able to work the PM Shift.
You will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and consistency, and maintaining a smooth workflow. In essence, they handle the day-to-day management of the kitchen, taking on many of the Executive Chef's responsibilities when they are absent.
