We’re seeking an
Assistant Clinic Director who is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA, LBA
to provide direct care and clinical oversight in a dynamic, child-focused environment while contributing to our innovative team known for collaboration and high-quality care.
The Assistant Clinic Director (ACD) provides clinical oversight to clients and their assigned registered behavior technicians (RBTs) in clinic, home, and community settings. An Assistant Clinic Director is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has the experience and abilities to assist with leadership tasks. The position will allow someone passionate about treatment to focus their time on client programming & staff training. They will supervise registered behavior technicians (RBTs), Lead RBTs, Office Coordinators, Clinical Residents, BCBAs, and other BrightPath Behavior employees (if applicable) as assigned.
Total Compensation Package from $85,000 to $103,000 annually.
Base Salary Range: $85,000 to $95,000
Performance Bonuses: Earn up to $8,000 per year!
CEUs: 12 CEUs per year + Annual CEU Stipend + CASP Membership
Relocation packages available
Work Life Balance:
Work from Home Days: 3 work-from-home days per month.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
Manageable Caseloads: You’ll support an average of 7 clients.
27 days off: Includes holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex holidays.

Responsibilities

Foster a patient-centered, collaborative, and positive clinic culture that values growth, accountability, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight and support to BCBAs, RBTs, and Office Coordinators
Assist with client scheduling, assessments, supervision requirements, and caseload management
Support daily clinic operations including safety, environment, supplies, and opening/closing procedures
Address and elevate parent concerns per established protocols to ensure client satisfaction
Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, supervision, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with BACB standards, company policies, and credentialing requirements
Serve as a liaison between clinic staff and leadership; support special projects and initiatives
Required Skills
Active BCBA and LBA in good standing; BACB supervisor-eligible
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA
Strong knowledge of ABA, autism, and developmental disorders
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Team-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about helping children succeed
