Creative Community Arts and Conferences Intake & Scoping Coordinator – Volunteer In support of Broadway Creative Studios, this unpaid, virtual volunteer role serves as the front-line coordinator for inquiries, partnerships, and event scoping with artists, tech companies, and impact partners.

Role Overview

Serve as the front-line virtual coordinator for inquiries of interest in Broadway Creative Studios event space, engaging with artists, tech companies, and impact partners.

Scope creative, event, and partnership needs through thoughtful conversations, online forms, and collaborative discovery sessions and email coordination.

Collaborate with fellow volunteers and the Creative Studios leadership team to match opportunities and resources, ensuring each inquiry finds an inspiring, sustainable pathway to participation.

Key Responsibilities

Respond warmly to inbound interest and guide potential partners/fellows through needs assessment, informational interviews, and project scoping calls.

Document and synthesize needs, ideas, and event requests to inform studio scheduling and programming.

Maintain a digital dashboard tracking inquiries, tailored solutions, and event follow-up actions.

Coordinate with the team to support event logistics, communications, and the onboarding of new creative or impact fellows.

Help shape community engagement strategies that support diversity, artistic excellence, and broad accessibility.
