Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher
to support our early childhood classrooms. If you love working with young children and want a position where you can learn, grow, and make a difference every day, this is a great opportunity.
Our infant and toddler programs provide a warm, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment where children feel secure and excited to explore.
Key Responsibilities
Support lead teachers in caring for infants and toddlers in a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom.
Assist with daily routines, including diapering, feeding, transitions, and nap schedules.
Help implement play-based learning activities that support early language, motor skills, and social development.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Build positive relationships with families and provide daily updates when needed.
Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred, but not required.
EEC Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Caring, reliable, patient, and willing to learn.
