Infant Teacher – The Learning Experience Littleton Location: The Learning Experience – Littleton, MA Pay: $19–$22 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
About Us The Learning Experience – Littleton is seeking a caring, patient, and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our early childhood team. Our infant classroom provides a warm, safe, and developmentally supportive environment where babies can grow, explore, and experience meaningful early learning moments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, loving care to infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months.
Support feeding schedules, diapering, nap routines, and comfort strategies.
Engage infants in early development activities including sensory play, language introduction, and tummy time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Communicate daily with families about routines, milestones, and observations.
Work collaboratively with classroom teammates and centre leadership.
Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and The Learning Experience standards.
Qualifications
Infant experience required, but EEC certification is not required for this role.
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working with infants in a daycare, childcare center, or nanny role preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable, nurturing, patient, and committed to supporting early development.
