Role Description We are seeking a full‑time

Dispositions Agent

to join our growing team in Chicago, IL. This is a

hybrid role

responsible for managing the sale of investment properties from contract to close. You will work directly with buyers, market properties across multiple channels, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant transactions.

The ideal candidate is relationship‑driven, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, investment‑focused environment while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end‑to‑end disposition process for off‑market investment properties

Build, maintain, and actively grow a qualified buyer database

Market properties through email/text campaigns, internal buyer lists, and investor networks

Conduct property showings, buyer walkthroughs, and follow‑ups

Analyze comparable sales, pricing strategies, and market demand to maximize value and speed

Negotiate purchase agreements and coordinate with acquisitions, legal, and closing teams

Track buyer activity, feedback, and deal progress using company CRM systems

Ensure all transactions comply with Illinois real estate laws and brokerage policies

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on client relations

Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit

Illinois Real Estate License (required prior to start date)

Prior experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred but not required
