Role: Litigation Associate
Defend personal injury, catastrophic loss, product liability, construction defect, and other high-value claims
Manage complex files involving minimum $1M insurance limits
Draft motions, argue hearings, conduct discovery and depositions
Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys on strategy and case prep
Salary: Up to $180K (depending on experience) + Up to $55K in bonuses annually
