Family Clinic of Ashley County is seeking a motivated Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well established practice in operation since 1982. Family Clinic of Ashley County is owned and operated by Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett, AR. Family Clinic of Ashley County is embarking on an exciting new venture with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine as a Rural Training Program for Family Medicine residents, and is currently in the process of accreditation with the ACGME. This position will be Core Faculty, with potential opportunity as Associate Program Director.
Practice
Clinic currently consists of 2 Family Medicine Physicians (BC), 1 Internal Medicine Physician (BC), and 1 Family Nurse Practitioner
Outpatient only, no inpatient/ER/OB – Monday-Friday clinic schedule, no call
Established Practice – start seeing patients on day 1
Stand alone facility with private office space
Services include family medicine, preventative medicine and occupational / industrial medicine
Equipped with in-house radiology and lab
Opportunity for hospitalist / ER / OB as desired

Compensation/Benefits
Competitive base salary of $260,000, up to $300,000 annual earning potential

Potential Associate Program Director position, 0.2 FTE non-clinical time commitment to residency
Qualifications
Doctorate Degree in Allopathic Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arkansas by the Arkansas State Medical Board
Physician shall be currently board certified in Family Medicine or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the American Board of Family Medicine
