2nd Shift – Plant Operator – Luck Stone
Position: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM) at Luck Stone’s Pittsboro Plant. This role focuses on monitoring and maintaining crushers, conveyors, screens, feeders, and bins to maximize production while ensuring top‑condition equipment and machinery. Base Pay
$24.38/hr (with shift differential and potential increases based on experience). Responsibilities
Assist with preventive and reactive maintenance: changing screens, greasing, changing rollers, belt splices, rebuilding crushers, welding, and fabrication. Consistently inspect and monitor plant to ensure proper operation. Assist with other site projects as requested. Prioritize safety throughout operations for self and others. Aid coworkers to maintain a clean and organized site at the end of each shift. Qualifications
Prior experience (1 year preferred) operating or performing maintenance in a similar environment. Mechanically inclined. Basic computer skills. Welding a plus. Team‑oriented with a positive outlook toward work and accomplishing goals. Benefits
