About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to oversee on-site operations for projects in the Bellevue area. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe job site
Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors
Track progress and report on project milestones
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (commercial and/or residential)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines
Proficient in scheduling and construction management software (preferred)
OSHA certification preferred
