We are seeking a professional HR Generalist with a strong background in employee relations to support our growing organization. This role will provide HR expertise across multiple functions, including employee relations, compliance, policy implementation, and HR administration, ensuring a positive workplace culture and operational efficiency.
Location Colorado (remote considered in AZ and surrounding areas)
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $70,000–$75,000 + Benefits
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted HR business partner, providing guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Assist in benefits administration and payroll coordination.
Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support HR metrics tracking.
Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Promote a positive and compliant work environment, fostering employee engagement and morale.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Strong experience in employee relations required.
3–5 years of generalist HR experience preferred.
PHR or SHRM certification preferred but not required.
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
