About the Team The Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) provides financial and accounting due diligence, capital markets and accounting advisory, transaction analytics, environmental, technical & sustainability (ETS) services, and other M&A services for private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family office and corporate clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

Assist with core financial due diligence, identifying key risks, potential deal breakers, and evaluating the transaction in the context of the client’s investment strategy.

Analyze detailed financial statements—income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and key operational data—and synthesize this information into actionable insights for management discussions.

Assess the quality of the target company’s reported earnings, net assets, and cash flows.

Construct deal‑oriented reports and presentations that highlight key findings and their impact on valuation, purchase agreements, and negotiation points.

Participate in meetings and conference calls with target management and client personnel, serving as a secondary point of contact for day‑to‑day execution matters.

Help build and maintain client relationships and support business‑development opportunities.

Qualifications

2–3 years of audit experience at a top accounting firm; preferred 1 year in a financial accounting due diligence group.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related major.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or in the process of obtaining one.

Working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.

High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong project management skills.

Flexibility to work as both a team member and an individual contributor.

Ability to thrive in fast‑paced settings.

Benefits & Salary The base salary is $100,000 annually, variable by education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with discretionary contributions.
