What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required; post‑secondary vocational training preferred.

3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including

2+ years in a supervisory or lead role .

Hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.

Skilled in

MIG/ARC welding, fabrication, and troubleshooting

of production machinery.

Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to train and guide Maintenance Technicians.

Experience using

CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)

for scheduling and tracking.

Knowledge of OSHA standards and commitment to a

safety‑first

culture.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, or on‑call when needed.

What You'll Do

Supervise, train, and work alongside Maintenance Technicians on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Partner with the Plant Manager and production teams to plan and prioritize daily maintenance activities.

Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems—including PLCs and control panels.

Utilize CMMS to schedule, record, and track maintenance tasks and ensure compliance.

Perform welding, fabrication, and installation of new equipment and systems.

Manage parts inventory, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely repairs and service.

Promote and enforce company safety standards, conducting regular checks and training.

Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and communicate updates to leadership.
