Position Overview Insight Global is seeking a
Production Supervisor
to support a
Manufacturing Client
at a new solar facility in
Fort Mill, SC
(relo package available). The role involves developing and leading assembly teams, overseeing and analyzing production processes, and implementing lean principles to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement.
Job Location & Shift Schedule Fort Mill, SC. 2-2-3 shift schedule: 2 consecutive day shifts, 2 days off, then 3 consecutive day shifts. Each shift is 12 hours long.
Must Haves
Ability to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship now or at any point in the future
Ability to work on site in Fort Mill SC, 5x a week
Experience working with Semiconductors
Proven experience as a supervisor, overseeing production and assembly teams
5+ years of experience in production
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Expert in lean methodologies, kaizen, six sigma
Experience with KPI concepts such as OEE
Experience with Semiconductors
