Location: American Fork, UT
Salary: $81,900.00 – $150,100.00
Responsibilities:
• Supervises production activities to ensure goals are met and serves as “Supervisor in Charge” of the facility when needed. • Ensures a high level of guest and donor service and enforces Easterseals‑Goodwill policies consistently. • Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. • Responds to changing needs, showing initiative, and moves between assignments as priorities shift. • Cross‑trains and assists in all aspects of retail and/or production operations. • Works flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Sensitive to guest needs and wishes.
Ability to work effectively with people with disabilities or other special needs (preferred).
Computer‑savvy with internet use and common software applications.
Strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational and decision‑making skills.
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
Background check required; prior convictions do not automatically bar employment.
Physical Requirements:
Move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
Physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
Lift and carry 20–100 pounds with team or mechanical assistance.
Stand, stoop, bend or carry for extended periods.
Go up and down steps.
Stand and walk entire shift.
Tolerate extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
Work flexible hours, evenings, weekends or longer shifts if needed.
May be required to work more than 40 hours per week.
Experience:
High School or equivalent.
0–2 years of prior experience.
