Complete Venture Group is seeking an Experienced HR Generalist to join our Culture-focused team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of HR and be able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment!
Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new recruits
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
Participate in the administration of employee benefits and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company guidelines
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR)

Liaison for HR related questions or requests

Collaborate with Lyra Recruitment for sourcing needs
Learning & Development
Manage & Coordinate training initiatives for compliance and career growth
