What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the design, build, and support of new Workday HRIT solutions for a growing global workforce
Manage, advise, and guide project teams on business process enhancements involving HRIT, HR, Payroll, and Management
Own and direct the configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday data, workflows, integrations, and reports
Proactively identify and lead projects to automate and improve time‑consuming workflows
Manage external vendor relationships and ensure data integrity of internal HR systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of direct Workday configuration experience
Expertise in cross‑module Workday processes and module‑specific knowledge in Recruiting and one or more HR modules
Strong communication skills to translate technical information for non‑technical audiences
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose practical solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with enhancing ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and business decision‑making
Familiarity with HRIT best practices and current product releases
Proven ability to navigate stakeholder relationships effectively
