Senior Recruiter - Hedge Fund in Midtown
Our client, a global hedge fund based in New York, is looking for a mid-level recruiter to focus on investment, quant, risk and front office roles. This is a sole contributor role that will partner closely with senior professionals as well as external recruiters.
Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in recruiting in the financial services space.
Responsibilities
Source and assess candidates for investment, quant, risk, and front office positions.
Partner with senior leaders within the hedge fund and external recruiters to meet hiring needs.
Manage the end‑to‑end recruiting process, including outreach, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and provide regular reporting on progress.
Qualifications
5–10 years of experience recruiting in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of roles in investment, quantitative research, risk management, and front‑office functions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple hiring projects.
