About EBS Exact Billing Solutions is a revenue cycle management professional specializing in behavioral health, mental health, and autism care.

Payroll Base pay range: $58,240 – $64,480 per year.
Role: Accounts Receivable Coordinator – Behavioral Health We work with multiple expanding clinic locations, so timely collections are critical to our operations.
Responsibilities
Review and manage assigned AR inventory to ensure timely follow‑up on outstanding claims.
Investigate and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments by working directly with payors and internal teams.
Submit corrected claims, appeals, and additional documentation to secure reimbursement.
Document all collection activities in our systems.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality standards.
Support special projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
Monitor payor trends and report on key metrics such as cash collections, days outstanding, unbilled claims, denials, and daily census.
Maintain effective communication with third‑party carriers and leadership.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree (preferred).
3+ years of behavioral‑health out‑of‑network billing experience.
Proficiency with CollaborateMD EMR and billing software.
Experience with ABA therapy and knowledge of CPT/ICD‑10 codes is preferred.
Track record resolving claims denials and appeals.
