Meyer Distributing is a wholesale distributor serving dealers nationwide with 85+ locations. This role involves inspecting returned product to determine which items can be returned to inventory or sent back to vendors.
Responsibilities
Inspect returned product and determine if complete order was returned for quality
Re-package and place the quality returned items back into inventory if product is able to be resold
Keep accurate records on RGA number and details of product’s condition
Perform minor repairs to quality items if needed
Keep warehouse and work area clean and organized
Wear protective toed shoes and work in a safe manner
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent (preferred)
One year of previous warehouse experience (preferred)
Attention to detail; ability to identify letters and numbers
Computer and data entry skills
Problem‑solving ability
Make timely decisions
Adapt to changes in work environment, manage competing demands, and handle frequent changes, delays or unexpected events
Consistently on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction
Oral communication skills with co‑workers, supervisors and other employees
Pay Rate
$18.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Friday 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
Saturday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (with notice)
