is seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead high-volume warehouse recruiting and skilled hiring across our growing operations. You’ll manage a team of recruiters, drive staffing strategy, and partner closely with Operations and HR to build strong talent pipelines, support workforce stability, and improve retention.

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals.
Oversee high-volume recruiting for warehouse roles (Material Handlers, Packers, Forklift Operators, Line Leads).
Manage skilled and leadership hiring for Supervisors, Managers, and other key roles.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure efficient screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers on job needs and conduct high-level interviews.
Ensure ATS accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of hiring metrics.
Support recruitment marketing, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
Develop and execute retention initiatives, including 30/60/90-day check-ins and stay interviews.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of recruiting experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or high-volume environments.
Experience managing or leading a recruiting team.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Knowledge of onboarding, I-9, and E-Verify compliance.
