Base pay range $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Environment:
Depending on site, it will include working on the exterior and interior of buildings. The Electrician must be able to work in all conditions daily. Also, some work will be in restricted areas, often in cramped places or performed at heights from ladders, scaffolds, etc.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm
Travel:
Must be able to commute to new job sites as business operations require.
Day to day
Install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems for a variety of purposes, including lighting, climate control, security, and communications
Work with blueprints when installing electrical systems in manufacturing facilities, waste water treatment plants and other structures
Able to indicate on blueprints the location of circuits, outlets, load centers, panel boards, and other equipment
Install new electrical equipment
Maintain and repair electrical systems as quickly as possible in order to minimize inconvenience
Able to replace items such as circuit breakers, fuses, switches, electrical and electronic components, or wire
May work with engineers or engineering technicians
Perform the installation of various electrical systems per NEC state/local regulations and complete construction documents while maintaining the highest levels of OSHA compliance
Review specifications, blueprints, and job scope for technical accuracy
Perform electrical testing and monitoring of systems and make recommendation for improvement/repair
Carry personal tools, such as on a waist tool belt, which weighs approximately 30 lbs.
Maintain good housekeeping, which may include sweeping work area with a broom, organizing tools and materials, and keeping surfaces clean
Qualifications
Technical ability: technical and mechanical skills necessary to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams, then install or service various electrical systems
Physical fitness and dexterity - many jobs require certain levels of fitness due to the nature of the environment in which the work is performed. That includes but not limited to climbing ladders, working in small and confined spaces, or carrying equipment and materials to and around the project site.
Knowledge of National Electrical Code
Detail oriented - have a keen eye for detail in following safety standards and project designs, as well as the execution of the project itself
Independence: you can work on assigned tasks by yourself with very little help
Reliability and Responsibility: you are accountable and trusted to show up on time and produce consistent, quality work
Positivity: you offer support and encouragement to your teammates and show pride in yourself and our company
Diligence: you are hardworking, have a great work-ethic and exceed expectations
Flexibility: you can adapt and change as needed
Valid Driver's License
Successful completion of a background and drug screening
Ability to detect safety hazards within the building and communicate with appropriate staff as well as follow all mandated safety requirements
