Job Description We are seeking an experienced assembler who has the ability to perform a wide variety of electronic, electro‑mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub‑assemblies.
What You’ll Do
Follow production drawings, procedures and work instructions in detail, understand and apply established workmanship practices for all facets of satellites, medical, defense/aerospace and high reliability industrial applications
Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process.
Operate and set up Dage 400 and K & S 4124 Manual Wire Bonding equipment to perform thermosonic gold wire and aluminum wire bonding.
Strong problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with other teammates, quality control and process engineers to ensure product meets strict specifications.
Attentiveness to details and adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols are essential.
Assist with training as required.
Perform Bond Pull, Die Shear and Sheer Strength Test as determined by Supervisor.
Delicate hand assembly of electronics devices using solder, epoxy, and wire bonding techniques specifically under the microscopes.
Inspect completed work to quality requirements.
What You Need
Possess excellent manual dexterity, manufacturing knowledge. Experience with small parts, small hand tools, equipment, and microscope.
Ability to read and work from engineer drawings, work instructions and bills of material to understand the required parts and steps needed to complete the assigned assembly.
Possess a solid, quality minded work ethic and a strong attention to detail with a strong desire for precision and accuracy when executing job duties.
Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD control).
Must be able to work overtime if required, on short notice.
High School Diploma and basic computer skills are a necessity.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly, production environment, or cleanroom experience is essential.
