Job Summary Provide overall project management from estimating and bid preparation through final acceptance. Responsible for upholding and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management (or equivalent technical training and/or experience).

3+ years of experience estimating in construction.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred.

5+ years in construction project management is preferred.

Familiarity with ACCUBID is preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization to complete projects on schedule.

Effective management techniques to maximize performance.

Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Demonstrated construction management, estimating, and/or craft supervision experience.

Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, engineering, estimating, schedules, and safety.

Job Responsibilities

Initial client contact to assess scope of work and required resources.

Prepare complete estimates for selected projects, including review of specifications, drawings, take‑off information, and contract requirements.

Supervise construction effort to ensure project constructed in accordance with design, codes, standards, budget, and schedule; interface with client representatives, other contractors, and Capital Electric Construction personnel.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise on‑site functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.).

Provide day‑to‑day direction of on‑site administrative staff and work with the on‑site Foreman to manage project support personnel.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of all project documentation including correspondence, billing, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, and schedules.

Investigate potential project impacts; mitigate and initiate corrective action as necessary.

Ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed; investigate, report, and correct safety‑related incidents.

Provide technical assistance or interpretation as needed.

Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy boundaries.

Initiate and maintain extra‑work estimating and issuance of change orders.

Travel locally or overnight; this position requires driving.

Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
