CAE Optimization Engineer Location: Newark, CA (Onsite) Need Someone with NVH, crash, durability, and manufacturing by applying advanced CAE optimization techniques to reduce mass, enhance performance, and guide design decisions. Required Skills: Set up and execute structural optimizations (design space, constraints, objectives, etc.) Interpret results and propose manufacturable solutions Perform subsystem and full-vehicle level optimization (stiffness, stress, mass) Apply multi-domain and multi-material optimization strategies Use tools like OptiStruct, NASTRAN, Hyperworks, BetaCAE Collaborate cross-functionally to balance performance across attributes Provide design guidance during concept phases Script in Python or TCL Bachelor s (or higher) in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering Minimum 4 years of experience, with 1 2 years in optimization Strong FEA fundamentals and CAE optimization knowledge Familiar with OptiStruct/NASTRAN, Hyperworks, BetaCAE Please share your updated resume at
