Transaction Advisory Senior Associate
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Advisory Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients through complex transactions by providing expert advice and analysis. This position requires a deep understanding of financial processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of transaction advisory engagements including buy-side and sell-side advisory, valuations, and financial due diligence.
Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities in transactions.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings and recommendations based on analyses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and financial advisory to deliver integrated solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial consulting, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
