Intacct Application Consultant (Remote)

Our team includes application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers across the U.S. and Canada.
Role and Responsibilities
Lead and support client software implementations, with a focus on construction industry clients.
Apply Sage Intacct expertise and construction‑specific knowledge to guide customers through system configuration, financial workflows, and reporting needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
Utilize and follow Aktion’s methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
Education, Experience and Skills
Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Sage Intacct ERP software.
Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
Prior experience in the construction industry is required, either in a consulting role or in a financial leadership position (e.g., Controller, CFO, Project Accountant, or equivalent).
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Location
Work from home. Midwest preferred with travel up to 20–30%.
