Job Summary The Electrician position involves coordinating the operation and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with various team members to manage inventory and documentation. The role requires adherence to company policies, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment while performing preventive maintenance and inspections. Additionally, the position emphasizes teamwork and accountability in all assigned tasks.
The Details Position Type: Seasonal Season Dates: March 2026 - November 2026 (Actual season dates vary depending on location) Pay: $25.00 - $30.05/hour Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
Responsible for the proper operation, testing, maintenance and repair of electrical systems in Xantrerra facilities.
Ensures all electrical installations, repairs and replacements meet the applicable electrical code.
Accountable for proper and accurate documentation, in the Computerized Maintenance Management System, of labor & materials expended in the performance of electrical maintenance.
Provides assistance and oversight for the seasonal opening/closing of all facilities.
Assists in the development and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance procedures for electrical equipment and systems.
Qualifications
Aptitude required to complete common electrical repairs.
Proficient in the operation and use of common electrical repair equipment and tools.
Have a general knowledge of OSHA requirements and the use of personal protective equipment.
Ability to read, understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Capable of and willing to advance his or her electrical knowledge and expertise through on‑the‑job training and self‑study.
Must be at least 19 years old and have valid driver’s license; good driving record required.
Physical Requirements
This position may require the use of respiratory protection and will require compliance with applicable regulations.
Ability to walk long distances over uneven terrain and climb stairs and ladders in all types of weather conditions.
Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Physical stamina and condition to withstand heavy labor related work in an outside environment.
Standing, bending, kneeling, crawling, for extended periods of time are required.
