3C Industries, Inc.
Position Overview
At 3C Industries, we’re not just building structures, we’re building careers, communities, and lasting impact. As a Construction Working Foreman you’ll lead field operations while staying hands‑on with the work itself. You’ll manage crews, coordinate with stakeholders, enforce safety, and directly contribute to the physical construction process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both leadership and craftsmanship — someone who can run the job and swing the hammer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Field Operations: Serve as the primary on‑site liaison between ownership, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Oversee all field construction activities, ensuring seamless coordination and clear communication across all stakeholders.
Schedule & Plan: Create and execute comprehensive project schedules, identifying critical path activities and ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and labor to keep projects on track and within budget.
Team Leadership: Supervise and develop field staff, promote a collaborative culture, and provide mentorship and performance feedback to build a high‑performing construction team.
Safety Champion: Develop and enforce a proactive site‑specific safety plan. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, codes, and company standards, fostering a zero‑incident environment.
Quality Control: Ensure all work is executed to the highest standards of quality, in accordance with contract documents, specifications, and best practices. Manage inspections, testing, and approval processes including mock‑ups.
Problem Solver: Identify and resolve project challenges swiftly, from design clarifications and labor concerns to material delays and scheduling conflicts, to keep work progressing efficiently.
Site Operations Management: Oversee site logistics, equipment, subcontractor workforces, temporary facilities, and general site conditions. Manage general requirements and conditions to support field productivity and budget control.
Compliance & Permitting: Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance documents are secured and kept current. Act as the primary contact for local agencies, inspectors, and compliance officers.
Budget & Billing Oversight: Monitor labor and material costs, manage project WIP (Work‑in‑Place), and oversee subcontractor invoicing and progress payments.
Environmental Oversight: Act as the Stormwater Compliance Coordinator (SCC), ensuring adherence to stormwater regulations and environmental standards.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
