What you’ll do as a Field Service Technician I
Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs.
Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications on our website.
Diagnose problems using error logs and information from the service app.
Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
Accurately report updates and details of work performed, including call closure details.
Maintain parts inventory and related records.
Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.
Basic Qualifications
Must reside in the specified geographic area.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Authorized to work in the US.
Valid driver’s license with a qualifying driving record.
Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
Familiarity with Android cell phone usage.
Ability to perform essential functions, including prolonged travel, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive motions.
Proof of required insurance coverage: Bodily Injury Liability $100,000 per person, $300,000 per accident; Property Damage Liability $100,000 per accident.
Required Availability, Experience, and Skillset
Daily dispatch on a call‑by‑call basis or scheduled days.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, and/ or flex shifts.
Ability to work safely outside in all seasons.
High level of personal integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree preferred.
Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment preferred.
