Field Service Technician I (Entry Level) – Atlanta, GA
We are seeking a Field Service Technician I (Entry Level) to join our team at NCR Atleos in Atlanta, GA.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $14.00 per hour.
Additional compensation: $6.00 per activity completed.
What you’ll do as a Field Service Technician I:
Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs.
Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications on our training website.
Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from our service app using a company provided cell phone.
Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
Report accurately and promptly details of the work performed, including call closure details.
Maintain parts inventory and related records.
Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.
Basic Qualifications:
Must reside in the specified geographic area.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Authorized to work in the US.
Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements.
Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
Familiarity and ability to use an Android cell phone (company provided).
Ability to perform essential functions of the job, including prolonged travel during the workday, carrying and lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive physical tasks.
Proof of minimum insurance coverage: Bodily Injury Liability (minimum $100,000 per person $300,000 per accident) and Property Damage Liability (minimum $100,000 per accident).
Required Availability, Experience, and Skillset:
Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, and flex shifts.
Ability to work outside in all seasons.
High level of personal integrity and work well with minimal supervision.
Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude.
Good problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
An associate degree.
Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment.
