NDT Level 2 Inspector
Loos & Co., Inc. seeks a skilled and detail-oriented NDT Level 2 Inspector specializing in Penetrant (PT) testing for aerospace parts. As an NDT Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of components by conducting non‑destructive testing per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and clean parts for testing in preparation for inspections
Set up, calibrate, and maintain NDT equipment
Conduct penetrant inspections
Perform non‑destructive testing (NDT) operations according to industry standards and internal procedures
Accurately document and report findings, including test results and inspections
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
NAS 410 NDT Level 2 certification in Penetrant (PT) inspection
Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect and evaluate minute defects
Exceptional analytical skills and critical thinking
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Aerospace industry experience is a plus, but not required
