What You’ll Do
Represent buyers and sellers in residential and investment transactions
Prospect through cold calls, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
Analyze properties for ROI, rental income, and flip potential
Tour and evaluate homes, duplexes, and multifamily investments
Guide clients through contracts, inspections, and closings
Partner with senior investor‑agents to evaluate your own deals
