Position Overview We are seeking
full-time licensed Realtors
who want more than just commission checks. At Reafco, you’ll represent clients, analyze investment properties, and get hands‑on mentorship that equips you to eventually buy your own rental, flip, or BRRRR project. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial professionals who are comfortable hustling for leads, eager to learn investor analysis, and motivated by unlimited income potential.
What You’ll Do
Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions across Ohio
Prospect through cold calling, networking, and referrals (systems provided)
Learn to underwrite properties: ROI, ARV, cap rates, rental income
Walk properties, attend inspections, and assist with due diligence
Partner with investors to evaluate your own purchase opportunities
Build long‑term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Qualifications
Active Ohio real estate license (or in process)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Hustle‑driven: comfortable with cold calling & performance‑based work
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in investing
Sales experience helpful, but not required
